Arranged in chronological order, the papers include letters to Abraham Scott and AJ Pugh, copies of letters sent, newscuttings reporting on debenture holders meetings, cables received from Melbourne, legal papers (including in relation to the North Australian Territory Company lawsuit) and share records. Letters addressed to EF Mitchell, Thomas Brentnall and RG Casey when they visited London are also included. There are a few later papers from 1908, 1916 and 1931.
