      Gogelderie was purchased on 15 Nov 1889 from George Henry Hebden, Charles Spencer Bransby Hebden and Harriet Hebden. Contains particulars and conditions of sale including original prospectus. Gogelderie was resumed by the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Trust on 30 Nov 1931 for £194,687 pounds (22 pounds 10 shillings per acre. Another account puts the figure paid to Waugh, Stanbridge and Waugh at £165,484, 7 shillings 6 pence. Leased until 30 Nov 1917
