On verso: Mrs Dawa Lynch, first Papuan woman graduate (University of Hawaii) visited Australia from 16 June to 6 July to raise money for a Hall of Residence for girls studying at the University of Papua New Guinea. Mrs Lynch is a research assistant at the University of Papua New Guinea where her husband is a lecturer. While in Canberra, Mrs Lynch was entertained at an afternoon tea by Mrs Hay, wife of the Secretary of the Department of External Territories.
