In 1972 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Australian Holdings Limited, which was later acquired by Marra Developments Limited in 1974. In 1976 the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Elder Smith Goldsbrough Mort Limited, operating under its original name.
