116 - Flood Plane, Neil Roberts. Summary of contents: For the 1990 Floriade Festival, the ACTEW and the ACT Museums Unit commissioned Neil Roberts, an artist from the School of Art, to build an ephemeral sculpture based on the use of water and electricity in Nerang Pool in Commonwealth Gardens. The sculpture was called Flood Plane and this program shows the construction of the sculpture and explores its intrinsic worth.
