Single issues of the Wool Review are held for the seasons 1891-92, 1909-10, 1910-11, 1913-14 and 1915-16 and bound copies for the seasons 1916-17 through to 1955-56. From the 1956-57 season it was renamed Dalgety's Annual Wool Digest and single issues are held from 1956-57 through to 1980-81, and for 1984-85. Some issues of Dalgety's Review, a separate monthly publication (S55), are also included in the bound volumes: Dec 1914, Oct & Nov 1915 and July & Sep 1916.

All types of company records including minutes, branch reports, annual reports and returns, correspondence, financial records, share registers (1884-1932), office files of the Wool Administration Officer, client files (1949-1968), office files of the manager and assistant manager, legal files, files re company premises, reports on managers conferences, publications, constitution and rules of the National Council of Wool Selling Brokers of Australia, submissions, stud book for Werribee Park (1866-1890), private code book (1956-1960), Geelong property files, property department reocrds (1920-1967), wool catalogues, property development files and site plans. The deposit also consists of papers relating to the Fairbairn Case between Dalgety Ltd (Plaintiff) and G A Fairbairn (Defendant), including transcript of proceedings, legal documents, financial records of Mount Creek Estate, and exhibits for the case.

The deposit consists of records from the Manager's Department, Accountant's Department and other departments of Dalgety and Co Limited's Albury Branch; records of Charles L Griffith & Company; Riverina Wool, Hides and Produce Company. The records include reports on clients' accounts, branch reports and returns, correspondence, financial and legal records, securities registers, staff records, ledgers, balance sheets, code books, photographs, maps and plans.

All types of company records including conference reports, branch and annual reports, memo book, annual accounts of subsidiary companies, manuals, staff war savings certificates official trustee registers (Sydney), correspondence files, budget plans and forecasts, staff directory (1975), catalogue and pamphlets.

The deposit consists of departmental and annual reports, superintendent's reports, branch reports from Townsville, Rockhampton and Toowomba sub-branches, correspondence files with indexes, letterbooks, minutes, financial records, property and equipment ledger, wool statistics and catalogues, securities documents and records of the Toowoomba Sub-branch and subsidiary company Dalgety's Properties (Qld) Pty Ltd. Also included are the memorandum and articles of association of Queensland Meat Export Company Limited (1915) and Australian Stock Breeders Company Limited (1915).

The deposit consists of deeds and documents, correspondence, manager's reports and financial papers, ledgers, journals, cash books, salaries book, wages record sheets, drovers book, stock sales registers, and records of the Cunnamulla Agency. Also in the deposit is a stock transaction register of the New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Agency Company Limited Charleville sub-branch (1959-1962).
