Sections are titled: Soups; Horseradish; Preserved, crystallised, cocktail cherries; Pale vinegar, pickles and olives; Chutneys and sauces [label missing]; Gravy salt, waffle syrup; Jams and jellies; Spaghetti; Sandwich spread and pastes; Canning fruit and veg.; Mayonnaise, fruit mince; Honey, cream of; Coffee essence; Beans and sausages; Cordials; Lemon butter; and Puddings. Includes some recipes 1941 and 1942 for Defence Department (World War II), and one page (Baked beans and Sydney Tomato Soup) dated 1954.
