History
The ANU Sport and Recreation Association (ANUSRA) has been central to campus life since c. 1954, evolving from the establishment of the ANU Cricket Club in 1952 and early sporting facilities to the construction of the David Cocking Sport & Recreation Centre in 1972. ANUSRA manages a variety of sports teams in addition to the Interhall Sport Shield.
