Mara, President and Commander-in-Chief, 15 March 1995, appointing Sir Paul Reeves as Chairman and Tomasi Rayalu Vakatora and Brij Vilash Lal as members of the Commission, together with photographs of the Commissioners and Fiji Republic Gazette (Vol.9, No.24, 21 Apr 1995), notifying the establishment of the Commission to Review the Constitution and setting out its terms of reference.
