Approximately 130 photographs. Some photographs captioned. Includes some photographs from overseas trips including Bombay and Japan. Includes some school photographs, and travel ephemera such as postcards (blank).

Press cuttings

Mostly newspaper columns by Boardman's friend Nina Barden, 1978. Also includes miscellaneous newspaper articles; travel papers, 1937; Royal Easter Show papers re judging, 1987.

Certificates and diplomas

Awarded for paintings, photography, academic achievement and athletics. Also, Sydney Technical College certificate for Sheep and Wool training.

Mostly relating to the Estate of Rev John Boardman. Earlier papers are postcards, school reports for J S Boardman, 1924. Also includes one photograph, uncaptioned, possibly of Rev Boardman embarking or disembarking from an airplane.

23 photographs. Most early 1900s-1910s. Some uncaptioned, some duplicates. Includes portrait of Boardman's mother at age 22, captioned photograph of extended Fieldhouse and Boardman family, 1928; wedding photograph of J.S. Boardman's parents, 1906.

Photographs and slides: Sheep and agriculture

Numerous loose photographs, some captioned. Photographs of sheep include Merryville Stud ram 'Master Builder'. Includes some Yanco school photos, King's School Old Boy's Union annual dinner program, 1976. Also includes box of 45 slides labelled 'wool slides' which show laboratory equipment.

Photograph album: overseas trip South Pacific and Asia

Most photographs captioned. Ships travelled on were the Maetsuycker and the Swartenhondt. Places visited include Newcastle, Gladstone, Rabaul, Port Moresby, Samari, Surabaya, Batavia, Borobodur, Bali, Port Vila, Noumea. Also includes published brochure about Borobodur, autographed photograph of Japanese Olympic runner training aboard ship.
