Also included are records of other pastoral companies (Merino Estates Pty Ltd, Gunbar Pastoral Co Pty Ltd, Freehold and Leasehold Pty Ltd, Wooroma West Pastoral Co Pty Ltd, Tchelery Pty Ltd) and comprise of memorandum and articles of association; minutes; share registers; stock reports; financial records; legal records; station maps and plans.

Papers cover three periods of Wilson’s employment as General Manager of the New Zealand & Australian Land Co, as consultant for AMP (Australian Mutual Provident Society) and other companies and as the General Manager of the Australian Pastoral Co Ltd. Records include minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence, financial records, station records, staff related records, subject files, business diaries and maps. Other company records include Northern Cattle Co Pty Ltd, M L C Ltd, Stanbroke Pastoral Co Pty Ltd, Scottish Australian Co stations, B G L Killen Group and R A Wenham case.

Also in the deposit are board minutes and share records of various London based companies including the proposed North British Australian Mortgage and Agency Corporation Limited. African Mercantile Co Ltd and E Whiteaway & Co records contain photographs.
